I recently went to absa to get a bigger credit card, and they convinced me to switch from a savings account to a cheque account. They promised that they will switch all debit orders hassle free. They. Nothing went smooth, debit orders are still a mess, they do not call me back, not even the manager, they just don't give a. I am at the point of switching banks due to their total lack of customer service.
