I must say Absa's service is shocking!!! I applied for a homeloan with Absa last week Monday, I submitted my documents at Absa Valhalla to Kholeka the consultant. I called them 3 days later to hear how far the application was only to be told that it has just been captured a few minutes ago and that i will receive feedback 2 days later which was on Friday, needless to say Friday came and went still nothing
On Monday I got an email that said we were declined because of bad credit on ITC, which goes to show my
application was not even looked at because I dont have a bad credit record. Koleka then sent me an email saying she doesnt understand why we were declined because she checked our ITC and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it, so she is escalating the matter to her manager. I sent her emails which she never responds to, and then finally i got hold of her and she said she doesnt know when we can feedback, she doesnt want to promise anything
Seriuosly? If Absa wants to decline my application its fine they have evry right to, but give me a proper reason, dont just come up with stories for your own convenience, give me something solid, And Absa wonders why they are losing customers
