Poor treatment and feedback to customers

My complaint is directed to the management of absa home loans advance department.i have been declined 3 times for my further advance loan for various and unjust reasons which i disagree and dont understand.the people that grant these loans dont have the courtesy to give proper feedback and reasoning for a decline as i had to contact them myself to find out have been declined.my last application was a telephonic and i was declined because of lo cash flow the lady then said i mus send a motivational letter as absa had our joint income incorrect.i then received an e-mail after i sent the motivational letter stating application withdrawn
no feed from source.???
please read my motivational letter and assist me with getting this loan as i need only 30k to move into my home again.i believe i have been given the runaround and unjustly treated.
