Disappointed in Fnb!!!

To whom it may concern. If it isnt just a stroke of bad luck from my side, its your staff not doing their job which has contributed to my escalating overdraft of R547.55! I came into Fnb back in august because i had a interest in changing over from a smart checque account where i was paying R79 (unlimited swipes) to a student checque account of which i was told it would be R31 a month (unlimited swipes) a lady served me that day, i had my id and proof of university registration, i asked her to change it and according to her she said it must be approved, I told her that she must take away the R79 regardless as i am resigning end of september for my exams... I understand that there was a overdraft on a bank recon discrpency of which it never deducted off when i made a purchase or two that never recorded! thats my responsibility to pay that off... but when i come back in december (28th 0r 29th) with an ever increasing overdraft because it was not changed in august... I saw it had escalated to over R600... I spoke to a gentleman and i told him that i wanted this R79 a month off! He told me that i had R31 on my savings account of which he'll tranfer to keep my account active..part 1 of this email.
