Tsepo from King Price contacted me with regards to my enquiry with insurance with them.
I received a quote, and told him that it is not really worth my while to switch over and he then came back with a better quote. After providing all the details etc to go ahead with switching over to KingPrice, he asked if my partner was under debt review, councelling etc, and I said yes. Then he said he will get back to me, which up till today never happened.
In the first place, what changes it to King Price if my partner is under debt review? I am the one paying the insurance? I never had a problem with Virgin or Outsurance with this, but apparently King Price do have.
It took how long to provide information, all the details you needed etc, and then this is the way you treat a potential client by never getting back to them?
