Disappointed in Fnb!!! part 2

To whom it may concern... With the assistant that served me on the 28th 0r 29th december... He successfully transferred R30 over to my smart checque account to keep it active! I was pleased but i was still worried about the overdraft amount! I did tell the assistant that the lady that served me previously did not do her job contributing to 3-4 months of fees incl.interest overdraft fees. A few days ago I did a R100 deposit into my account to find that my overdraft had not gotten better but worsened compared previously to december even with the R100 deposit! I did not understand this! This morning i came into Fnb menlyn to find out exactly what was goint on! I was helped by a kind gentleman... He explained everything and once again to my amazement, i was still getting charged R79 a month! I was furious!!! The gentleman showed me that he cancelled it and moved me over to the student account which was my original request so after months of getting charged unfairly I ask for some action here! I am bedazzled by this whole situation! A big thanks to the assistant that got this right on the 3rd time! Regards.
