Insurance policy in my wifes name was closed 2 years ago when moving to Swaziland. Money for policy still being deducted even though they were notified for the second time again last year that the policy has been closed. Trying to contact them proves to be very diffucult as their customer care line is not availabe for calling and emails and complaints to their customer care site stays unanswered for very long periods of time. Their excuse for even acknowledging my complaint after 13 days is that they are experiencing heavy traffic volumes.
