My mother joined a burial scheme with Cornestone under written by Assupol she contributed R40p/m from 2001. their policy document states that your premium pay back is subject to your age at the time of your death, i.e the more you contribute get older, the less money you receive. My mother contributed about R5000 she was paid R2300. I was told that the other portion will be paid after the funeral, which they never paid.
