Bad Customer Service

Last week icalled Old Mutual customer care line and didn't get through for each call i made i was holding for 20 minutes and end up hanging up, i then sent them an email on the 03/07/asking them about my amount due on my policy and for my new policy contract cause i have made changes. They sent me an old policy contract and then they told me that my policy is in errors of R180 because i didn't't pay and that if i don't pay by the 07/07/2013 my policy will be inactive, I told them they should debit the outstanding amount and they said they made arrangements it will be debited on the 06/07/2013 to my surprise they didn't't debit the money so now my policy is inactive cause of them and had i not contact them asking them about the status of my policy it means they would't have let me know so for all the 3 years that i have been paying them my money went down the drain, I did make means and ways of contacting their financial adviser with regards to my payment on the second week of June, I WANT NOTHING NOTHING THAT HAS TO DO WITH OLD MUTUAL, their service is bad from their adviser to customer care i haven't even received a call till today. I want to cancel my policy and i want my money back
