I have sent One Plan Medical Insurance a letter, email, fax cancelling my policy on the 26th June 2013.
I received a automated response that the query was received and allocated to a certain person.
I received a phone call from customer service that my request was received and why am I cancelling. I notified that I am on Discovery Health and do not require the insurance any more.
July 25th another premium was deducted, and an SMS sent. I contacted One Plan once again, and they informed that the policy was not cancelled.
Once gain I forwarded all the letters and e-mails that notice was given and I want my policy cancelled as well a s my premium refunded.
25 August, sms advising our policy is in arrears and we need to pay up.
Once again all the emails was sent to [Email Removed] and automated replies received.
I STILL AWAIT MY REFUND, as 30 days notice was given to One Plan.
