FNB Ins Brokers has no business etiquette on how they handle their customer portfolio.
I was notified last month, two weeks before month end that my policy was being migrated to a new underwriter. However I notified them i was not happy with the new underwriter & I was instructed by FNB Ins brokers to notify the new underwriter that I no longer required the policy. The policy was cancelled by the new underwriter. I now discover that FNB Ins Brokers have debited my a/c this month with the premium under the old policy. Aft contacting them, I'm informed that the old policy is still active. At no such time was I informed that this would happen if I refused the new proposal. I find FNB to be incompetent & deceptive in handling their business, as they have caused me great Inconvenience to find a new insurer. To my disappointment at the service received, I must add that I had my policy for 7 years with no claims against this policy.
