I settled my African bank loan and credit card in July. I've had two debit orders go off for the credit card. I called on Friday to confirm if my accounts were closed and was informed they were. Why is money still being taken out of my account. Why did the call centre tell me my account is closed when it clearly isn't.
I want my money back please and written confirmation that my accounts are paid up and closed.
