I have been paying my insurance premiums with Santam for the last 5 years with no claims made, that is a total of more or less R34 780!! for nothing!!!
Now after 5 years moving out of my parents house, I would like to take out a policy and include house hold insurance to my car policy... guess what... my car insurance would double and the House content insurance is twice as mush as I can get somewhere else...
I have been a loyal customer for the last 5 years... never claimed..believed I build up my name at my insurance company... but how wrong was I. Loyalty obviously means nothing to Santam. I was not asking for my money back, I was just asking for a competitive quote... not a ripoff!!!
