Good day. I closed my policy with your company and even called in Feb to double check that its closed and the call agent that I spoke to confirmed that the policy is no longer active however i still get debited each month on my account? Please can you close this policy today and send me a letter confirming that the policy has been cancelled. This is unfair that even after closing the policy that I'm still getting debited each month! I need a letter this time as proof as your word of mouth can not be trusted!!! Please cancell my policy with your company?
