January I cancelled my paint tech policy 7th of February an installment was deducted when I complained I was told I contacted the wrong people to cancel my policy on the 13th February my policy was cancelled and I did not get a refund this month another installment has been deducted. I wonder what is going to be the excuse now for not returning my money. Is it not suppose to be when a person cancels a policy the insurance company (Regent) is suppose to stop deducting from a customers account?
