I settled my credit card on the 26 August 2013. Called into the call centre to close the account.
The agent ensured me that it will be closed by Friday the 30 August 2013.
I e mailed the Monday 2 September 2013 to make sure that the account is closed and the response I received was that the account is still active, I then asked again for the account to be closed and had
No response.
Clearly someone is not doing their job.
