My accounts should have been closed as requested

In August 2013 I phoned African Bank and asked for settlement figures on my loan and credit card accounts. I received the figures with 20% discounts. I setled the accounts as per the figures received and I have the proof. I was out of the country in September & October. On returning end of October I see that the accounts was never closed and they have debited me every month after that. I've been fighting with them since November now to close the accounts. The loan was now eventually closed in December but they've again debited me!!! because as they say the closure was never finalised therefore the money was deducted. Clearly that's not my problem. To date the credit card is still open and they asking me to pay another R589.81 to close this account. Can someone please assist cos I'm at my wits end with these people. Call centre sends me from pillar to post. I even sent an e-mail but no reply.
