To whom this may concern, I'd like to lodge a complaint that upon making a withdrawal my account had been debited with an amount I attempted to withdraw but no money had come out of the atm. It is now 5 days later and after going into my nearest branch I've been told that there is no record on my statement of money being taken even though I have given a proof of receipt. So now I have money short & standard bank are telling me they cannot help me. Poor service & the fact that I have hardly any time to go into a bank & sort this out just makes mr a very unhappy customer.
