On the 31/03/2013 tried to withdraw R1500.00 from my account the atm dispensed R150.00 and gave my a reciept confirming the withdrawal of R1500.00 dispensed R150.00 . When I checked my statement a total of R1650.00 was debited. On the 4/04/2013 logged a query ref 52609867 Today is the 23/04/2013 and I have still to recieve my money. Standard Bank . how is it that with all the withdrawal, atm and statement reference info on your own system you cant find your own error. I had to loan money from Wonga to cover my budget for this. and I want my money returned with interest at wonga lending rate also all balance enquiry charges to be reversed why should I have to SUFFER for mastake the bank has made if this is not done soon I will have to approach the banking Ombud and will procede with a court claim against the bank imagine what a media frenzy I can create Im sure the CEO of Standard Bank would love to be summonsed to court for R1500.00 which is well within my rights to do so.
