I used a Standard bank ATM to withdraw money. i have a receipt that shows that no money was dispensed. i do not have any money and have to wait 31 days for this dispute to be resolved. What must I do in the interim. Clearly I did not receive the money and is in need of it otherwise I would not have made the withdrawal. Capitec Bank is waiting or the external bank (Standard Bank) to blance the specific ATM. This has nothing to do with me. To avoid issues like these I believe that the SASWITCH facilities should no longer be efeective to protect consumers.
