Still waiting for name update on account

It's been more than a month and how many weeks and still my name hasn't been updated on my wonga account. I wonder why that is?? Is it because you don't really care about what your customers want and so whatever they request you to do you just ignore it?? I would never recommend your services to anyone because I don't see why I should when clearly you don't give a about customers. If my name can't be updated then you should just delete all my other information off from you records and delete my account seeing that I can't do so myself cause its there and I can do nothing with it. I expect you to handle this matter immediately cause I have wasted enough of my time trying to get you to update a simple name.
