I needed to withdraw money on 23 August and unfortunately only had access to a Nedbank ATM. I knew that there was a fee involved when using other ATM's so I chose to withdraw only R 50. I checked my bank statement this morning and FNB charged me R12.80 for this withdrawal! How can they justify charging 25% of the withdrawal amount in bank charges for one withdrawal!! I contacted the call centre this morning and they were unhelpful and disinterested. I want a refund.
