Most of us really dread going into the bank due to the wait, well I have to say that going into Capitec in Rose Bank was actually the most amazing experience I have ever had, the moment I stepped into the branch I was greeted with a smile, I waited not even five mins and was seen to by a very friendly and Professional consultant (viloshnee Govender) she was extremely clued up on the products, she open up an account for my mum and explained everything to her in detailed, answered each question with extreme knowledge and she really had Patience, she then called her manager (Theolene Alfreds) who asked us if we were happy with the level of service and thanked my mum for her time and for joining the Capitec Family, now I have been to other branches and I have never experienced such high levels of service, I would like to Thank the Staff at the Rose bank Capitec Branch for making our experience worthwhile, Please make sure that this does go to the branch cause Service like this should really be rewarded enormously... WELL DONE...
