Standard Bank atm staff my money

On the 10th 16:21 I deposited money at the atm in Nothgate, I have the atm number and a video footage which centre management gave me. The machine started opening and closing the deposits compartment so I looked down to see whats happening and then the machine froze, I called the call centre and they advised that I could leave and that all transactions are recorded and that Monday I will have my R3400. Monday when I went to the branch Lebo advised that It would take 6 business days and that they retrieved R1500 and today I get a call from Roxanne at Prestige that they couldnt find my money and that they wont show me the video footage of the atm. I went to the cash office in Randburg advised to wait for Veronique and she came down and said her manager was on her way, an hour later the svb staff and the man in one of the offices kicked me out saying I'm not allowed to be there, mind you there is a camera behind them and they said I should call Rina the regional manager. Veronique never came back to me and the svb scary staff kicked me out and till this day I havent received my R3400 which I am saving for Lobolla on the 31st of this month. Please can I have my money back Standard ban
