I was called on the 10 December 2013 by Busisiwe and informed that I need to go to Carlton to view the footage on how my money disappeared from the ATM, when I get there I was told that the footage was never delivered, so much for leaving my lecture and leave my student destitute and to be told that the footage is not there. This is totally unacceptable and inefficient and this is not the first I get tossed around as if I got nothing important to do.
I need that to be taken to Lambton Branch by Friday, or I will be taking this to the Ombudsman
