Not happy with debit order date moved each month!

I noticed that I am not the only one unhappy with the way Sanlam handle their debit orders on their personal loans. According to their terms and conditions it is stated that the debit order can go off early if it is a non-banking day, provided that the date is not earlier than the due date of the installment. I agreed to have my account debited on the 25th as my salary is deposited into my account on the 25th. First sms I received this morning was Sanlam trying to push a debit order through. Needless to say that caused my account to become overdrawn and will now have a negative impact on my credit record as well as additional costs from the bank. I am constantly bombarded by messages where I qualify for a massive amount of credit and they just want to deposit the money into my account. If I am such a valued client, why are you not offering a better interest rate and treating me like a valued client?? Bunch of and. My advice... stay away from these. They are only interested in your money, nothing else!!
