NEDBANK DOES NOT STICK TO THEIR AGREEMENTS

I originally spoke to Nedbank beginning of June regarding a missed debit order in May, I spoke to Nedbank collections & made an agreement there would be a double debit order on 25 June. I specifically informed themt if it does'nt come off June, the only time I can pay is Nov 25th, I would not have funds July, August, September & October. Nedbank said they have it down on the system for June, will come back to me on the option for 25th Nov. 25th Jun - NO DOUBLE DEBIT ORDER as agreed, only normal premium! I assumed the 25th Nov option then was agreement. 25 July DOUBLE DEBIT ORDER is taken off! Then on the 25th July I spoke to Stephanie who made arrangements & that I will pay half the outstanding amnt 25 Aug, half 25 Sept & Stephanie guaranteed me I willreceive a full refund in 48 hours. I made arrangements as per Stephanie's advice with my bank. I enquired today about it... IT'S THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE OF WHAT WAS TOLD ON THE 25TH!!! Now all my other debit orders will return upon which Standard Bank charges me R115! for everyone not paid! wHO IS GOING TO PAY THOSE COSTS!? i find this unacceptable.
