Waiting period on new policy

I phoned Hollard on the 26th of July 2013 for updated docs on my funeral cover for me and my parents. I received the docs to find out that the cover i had for my parents has been reduced to R5000 each. I have phoned back and spoken to Delano stating that the documents i have at home states that the cover i have for my parents were R10 000 each. He said i should fax the documents to him. I faxed the docs and phoned on the 30th of July and spoke to Pumzile. She confirmed thet the fax was received and that she would have a manager phone me. i phoned back numerous times and got the same stupid So i went online and requested a quote. Tyrone phoned me and quoted me on a cover for me (R20 000) and my parents (10 000) for less than what i am paying now.on the 15th of august i spoke to phillis again. She said that the manager has looked into my policy and there was a mistake on there side and that the cover was suposed to be for R5k and not R10k like my policy stated. So she asked what she could do for me to help me. I said give me the new policy and take away the waiting period. Today i was informed no, new policy a year waiting period, the fact of my policy was 10 years old
