The worse financial service provider EVER!!!

I have a personal loan with Nedbank. I was unemployed for 8 months between September 2012 and April 2013. Despite the fact that I wasn't earing an income, I tried to pay as and when I could, hence, I didn't have the full 8 months outstanding. I went into the bank 24 May, made a payment plan- to pay an additional R500 on my account for 6 months to cover my arrears. You double debited my account end May without my permission. I called beginning June to change my debit order to the last day of the month since I only get paid the last day of the month. This was confirmed, yet at the end of June, did you not only collect money from my account on 25th, but you AGAIN double debited. I was told I would be refunded, and I was but only my instalment amount, not the additional R500. I called again, twice after that to confirm that debit orders for July were set to the last day. Yet today the 25th, you called for my R500 and went through, and also my normal instalment, which ahs now reversed!!! I have now incurred a number of reversal charges between May and today! I was told you assume if money will be coming to my account earlier, hence the change! FIX IT!!! NOW!!!
