24/02 I was involved in accident & contacted miway. tow truck was sent & my vehicle taken to storage facility arranged by miway. 26th contacted johan & advised "get your car out of the storage miway will not cover due to limited cover".was spoken to in a very rude and arrogant manner. i immediately contacted tow truck & requested vehicle removal from storage, upon arrival tow truck driver was informed he needed letter from miway advising vehicle could be released. I requested letter from claims dept. & consultant advised that car needs to be assessed before letter could be provided & even though there was limited cover, miway would still cover some costs of the vehicle .27th johan sent email requesting all accident info as he was busy assessing claim.am now told that i have to remove vehicle from storage at my own cost: no explanation. johan never gets back to one & is never available. do you treat all clients so badly when there is claim. is customer service not important to johan, does he feel he has a right to be so arrogant.i am angry & disappointed in miway & staff.i expect storage & tow service to be covered by miway. Miway does not care about clients.i trusted u, u deceived me
