I am very disappointed with how MiWay handled my claim, I was involved in an accident where I nearly got Hijacked and this resulted in me accidentally hitting another persons car, this accident happened on the 2nd June 2013 and my claim was sent through on that first week of June, it took them up until towards the end of July 2013 to just approve my claim (mind you I did not have a courtesy car) and my car was fixed 2 months later in August 2013. I am covered for third party and as I have stated that I damaged somebody elses car, MiWay denied to pay out third party and they denied this in August again 2 months after the accident happened, the explanation given was that I was not "legally" liable, this now left me with an inconvenience as up until today (26 September 2013) third party has been calling me to fix their car, I am really not happy with the service I received.
