When I signed my loan contract, I clearly stated that my salary is only cleared into my account on the 1st of every month and that the debit order must go off on the first. Every month this happened, but now all of a sudden, my account shows its in arrears, and they debited the money early this month (23/08//2013). i explained to the lady that my account cannot be in arrears as its a debit order every month. Now that I am wanting the money back as it has put me out of pocket, they are coming up with the money doesn't show etc.
I am very irritated at this moment, as they are telling me that the money will only be paid back in 24/48 hrs.
They are very fast to deduct the money, but when it comes to paying it back because they are in the wrong they take their time.
Very unsatisfied customer, and just to state as well, the Manager Victor Khanyi stated on to me that my account is not actually in arrears. This ha been recorded. Time of call was -09:44.
I was told my money will hopefully be back in my account by the next morning. I will be phoning them again and I will be complaining again if this is not the case.
