Debiting money from my account on wrong datesm

Since February 2013, Nedbank personal loans/collections department have been continuously debiting the money to pay towards my personal account a week early. on numerous occasions Ive been calling their call centre & also complaining whereby I'm always sent an email sincerely apologizing but to no avail, they're still doing the same thing. I have informed them that it reflects badly on my bank account now because im now left with returned funds indicating on my bank statements, They've always said they'd sort it out but clearly it hasn't been sorted out.i have explained to them on numerous occasions that i do understand that my personal loan is in arrears because when i went on maternity leave i wasn't receiving my full salary and asked them if i could please pay a small amount whilst on maternity leave & when i get back to work i'd pay in the arrears as soon as i got back on my feet.i've even went as far as to ask them to please cancel the debit order and i'd rather go in to the bank to pay the money into my account directly to avoid having the same problem every month & i was told that as long as my account is in arrears they can't cancel the debit order. please help me sort it out
