Incorrect Debit Orders and Tracking

NEDBANK!!! You are NOT making my day!

How can you place a tracker on my account when I have 100% agreed to a specific debit order date? I have agreed to an additional amount in order to catch up with the arrears amount!!! Does it look like I'm trying to run away and NOT pay my debt!!!

I am so sick of running into a brick wall with you guys! None of your pathetic excuses explains the TRACKER and debit against my account on the 22nd of June'13. How many times do I have to tell you I ONLY GET PAID ON THE 25TH OF EACH MONTH!!! I had NO money in my account because I dont have any EXTRA money, if I did do you think I would have been arrears earlier this year.

I want to get my account back up to date, but you CAUSE unnecessary costs to my account with the returned debit order because YOU cannot stick to an agreed debit order DATE!!! And on top of that I get a bad ITC rating!!! Thank you for NOTHING!!!

I have had enough, if you want your money, YOU WILL SORT YOUR MISTAKE OUT!!!

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! YOU CANNOT GO AROUND BULLYING YOUR CLIENTS ANYMORE!
