PREMATURE DEBIT ORDER

I am incredibly irritated and annoyed with the service from nedbank thus far on this account. Once AGAIN there has been an error on Nedbank's side regarding the debit order and I am fast loosing my patience. Last month Nedbank forgot to debit the account completely and we had to waste valuable time in trying to get the details to make a manual payment and now this...

My husbands account was debited on 22 March 2013 for the loan instalment, which is 3 days prior to his salary being deposited into his account and in breach of the contract that my husband signed with Nedbank. This caused tremendous problems and inconvenience for him as he was away in the Eastern Cape at that time and had a set budget of money for the trip and the early debit order caused tremendous problems for him. This is unacceptable as I had specifically said to you that the debit order should be for no earlier than 27th of each month, where subsequently you had confirmed (as per the email below) that you had scheduled the debit order for the last day of each month.
