I cancelled my cell c debit order two months ago, and have just debited again this morning!
I mailed your "customer service" the beginning of last month after I was debited (after being told it had been cancelled) only to have someone reply A WEEK LATER that i was being billed for April and that was the LAST TIME I WOULD BE BILLED. I replied on that mail asking since when do i pay in arrears? and no answer. This morning (1/6/2013) I received a sms to my phone that CELLC HAD DEBITED MY ACCOUNT??? I want to scream! What is wrong with your customer service guys? Really? I want my money back in my account immediately! Also an explanation as to WHY I WAS PAYING IN ARREARS all of sudden? Mainly, put that money in my account NOW!
