BAD ATTITUDE

I am not so delighted with the service I have received from Standard Bank I called yesterday the 22 August 2013 to ask what my settlement amount is on my revolving credit. I Then was told that as long as the account is open I will still get debited monthly for something that has been settled. Note today is the 23 of August 2013 and this morning I wake up to see that I have been debited for my loan even though I settled yesterday and my debit orders are scheduled for the 25th of every month! Whoever gave standard bank authorisation to move my debit order??? So what are we now playing for tat??
