After 26 days the claim is still not finalised. Let alone the repairs being resumed. I now accept that all my premiums went down the drain and I am prepared to fetch my car from where ever it is kept and repair on my own from my own pocket. When a loss adjustor was appointed to handle my case I was convinced it was to make the process faster however I was again deceived. One can only imagine how long it takes to claim for a beyond repairs car or a heavily damaged car. That's all I have to say about DIAL DIRECT.
