No Quality at Standard Bank

Hi There

I applied credit Card with standard Bank May 2013 and I choose to pay the credit Card Via debit Order which I bank with standard Bank (Check Account), and End of June they Failed to debit Reason (I don't Know), then I went inside Branch and ask why they never debited their installment they said is not loaded on the system I ask them How (she said I don't know), OK I deposited money manually requested her to update my account, then what happens now July I never checked that debit order I through it went Through because I have couple of debit orders that running and consultant that was helping me confirmed it will go through as from July, OK now is August they call me.to pay instalment of 2 month plus interests about R220 but is not my Fault

If calls are recorded for Quality and control purpose Let's see weather standard Bank is having that quality to get the call that I did called standard Bank about this issue and I can provide number I used to call standard Bank.
