I contacted her on the 18 July to register a claim on my A&G policy for accidental damage to my television set.
throughout the process she kept me up to date and supplied feed back. I did not have to follow up on anything as she personally made sure everything was done. In 48 hours i had my claim settled and a new TV delivered.
