I sent through all of the required documents from a FNB Branch (Clearwater Mall) for the retrenchment cover on my account protection plan for my overdraft facility on my cheque account 2 weeks ago, I've called in numerous times for feedback only to be told by they have the information and will get back to me, and I never hear back. Bubbles assisted me. I just want to know how far in the claim is in the claim process and when I can expect feedback on the outcome of the claim.
