I sent through all of the required documents from a Edgars Branch (Clearwater Mall) for the retrenchment cover on my account protection plan on the 29/07/2013, I've called in numerous times for feedback only to be told by Pertunia they have the information and will get back to me, and I never hear back. I just want to know how far in the claim is in the claim process and when I can expect feedback on the outcome of the claim. Terrible customer service, will never purchase from the Edcon Group again.
