To FNB who is useless i am still awaiting my phone call to find out why there is always a issue on my ITC as you always say to me over the phone and branch...
this was the reply i got from Celeste Kruger:

Kindly be advised that your comments have been escalated to the relevant manager to address this matter urgently.
FNB is using urgent as a trick as they don't call you back!!! This is probably a sign that i should not bank with FNB and go to Standard bank instead as they at least give me service...
I hope this gets escalated to TOP MANAGEMENT!!!
