Harrassment although account is SETTLED IN FULL

Although my account is settled IN FULL, I still receive threatening SMS's from FNB. After my previous report FNB responded as follows:

NOTHING WAS RESOLVED TO DATE!!! I am really getting fed-up now FNB!!! Resolve this matter ASAP.
