HOW CAN WE IGNORE YOU

I am still waiting for the manager you (Celeste Kruger) escalated to query to. I know this for a fact no follow up was done on my query becuase I never got a call and my profile still does not allow me to get the device online. If this is how you guys do business I am really not impresses. It is so frustrating to be ignored and treated like a stupid. It is three months that I have been battling with this issue. HOW CAN WE HELP YOU, It cant take that long to resolve such a small issue
