I was forced to buy an extended warranty by Standard Bank bank when I bought a vehicle. after trying to make use of this policy twice and having no claim, I asked for this policy to be cancelled and paid back prorate. This happened after my wife and twins where stranded whilst waiting for a Standard Bank bank warranty person to help (that never came). The Standard bank manager was supposed to return my call about 3 months ago... im still waiting. I am shocked that I have now again logged a complaint to be escalated to a manager to contact me 3 times, and still no call back. You Go Standard Bank - Force sell us people your useless Extended warranties and then leave us to be stuck on the road all alone and NEVER TO PHONE BACK.! Everyone please be aware - do not purchase a Standard bank Extended Warranty!
