I know that lately it is no longer about the big earners have the platinum accounts etc but if you tell me: "you are a premier banking customer - please contact us directly or use this number / mail / details to get a hold of us I kind of expect to get some assistance... Not with FNB though.

I have recently requested that they put through the application for a overdraft that they suggested, you know, the one you don't pay for unless you use it, well it was declined seeing that according to the bank I am under debt review. This is after I have gone through the entire process, paid off the debt, sent the documents though etc FIVE YEARS AGO!!!

The lady that helped me so sufficiently with credit card info etc, Lucia Snyders, said i must forward my request on to her and she will get the relevant dept. to get back to me so that we can get to the bottom of this. It has now become apparent that she is not getting any joy on her side seeing as she doesn't even reply to m y polite email requesting someone's contact details so i can take care of this.

THIS IS PATHETIC and I truly wish I wasn't just a number maybe something could be done! Who knows maybe Hellopeter works to get it done...
