I applied for a debt consolidation loan from Legal Loans and got an sms from them to state that I was approved for a loan of R60 000 and that to complete the application process I had to pay R380 and submit all the neccessary documents. After paying the money I was referred to their credit providers and all of them declined my application. The one service provider said to me that I had a low score rating. When I called Legal Loan Customer Care centre I was told that in order to qualify in future that I had to improve my credit score rating and pay off the accounts. Legal Loans gave me false hope that they are only company that will not reject my application even with a low credit score and yet I was turned down. The 380 that I paid to them to further assist in my application could have been used to pay one of my credit providers. How can they do this to me, whereas I even got settlements amounts. I feel deceived and robbed by Legal Loans, they have only just added to my stress levels.
