I was per approved for a loan via the NedbankBroadachers contact centre on 14 Aug and was advised by the sales assistant who was very professional that I was approved and discussed the offer was happy to proceed with the loan,

The consultant then advised that I should take all realvent documents to my nearest brach which I advised was the NedbankBroadachers, in the interim was bombardered with calls from the sales division followed by text advising me that the offer was about to expire as 5 working days is about to lapse,

I went with all supporting documents to sign for the offer, during my lunch break, to my shock and horrific service I got the branch at 12h05, to be welcomed by the receptionist named Racheal, Greeted and enquired how she could help, advised her accordingly, Rachael advised me that the sales consultant " was the only one who was able to print my contract and assist " AND THAT THE SALES CONSULTANT NAMED MARLEY MALOPE" Marley was called adised she wil be there in aminute, to cut the long story short, I waited for 55minutes and left without signing my contract, I am apaulled by the service and requested the branch managers was advised Deven Govender NOT AVAIL
