Reload of existing Loans

I applied for a reload telephonically, which was approved; i was advised to then go to the Branch with all my documentation and a Bank Statement which i paid for; whereafter i received an sms advising i was declined no reasons. Zandile the consultant then calls me 2 days later to offer a loan i then advise her of what had happened and if she could please help me understand why it was then declined with no explanation, no response after i called & left messages for her i finally got hold of her who then advised i'm over committed but i fail to understand as my premium goes up by R100, i haven't missed a single payment on my loan account. My irritation stems from the fact that they put me through all that for a "No".
